Single Homeless Project has an opportunity for a Project Worker to join and work in our team based in Camden. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at £28,953.79 and rising incrementally to £31,101.42 per annum. About the role: Southampton Row is an eighteen bed hostel in Camden that provides specialist support to people facing some of the toughest barriers to stability in London. As a Project Worker, you will be at the heart of this work, offering consistent relationship based support to clients whose experiences may have made trust and engagement feel difficult. Each day brings opportunities to help someone stabilise, regain confidence and take steps towards a more independent and fulfilling life. You will carry a mixed caseload, carry out assessments, develop support and safety plans and work alongside residents through key work sessions, group activities and day to day contact. The rhythm of the service means no two days are the same; you might be helping someone navigate treatment pathways, advocating within a partner agency, supporting budgeting and benefit issues, or simply being the steady presence they need while managing the daily running of a residential environment. In this role, you will also shape and deliver our in house recovery programme, making sure clients voices and ideas drive the work. You will strengthen connections with external partners, contribute to local forums and share insig
