The Role Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of heavy industrial plant, machinery, and facilities. Supporting preventative maintenance strategies to maximise performance, availability, and product quality. Working safely and collaboratively across teams to deliver continuous improvement. Playing a key part in keeping the site running smoothly and efficiently. Shift Pattern Double Days Week 1: Monday Thursday 6am 4.30pm, Friday 6am 4pm Week 2: Monday Thursday 12pm 10pm, Fridays off This is a 44-hour contract with regular overtime opportunities paid at time and a half or double time. Many engineers choose to pick up additional Friday shifts, boosting their earnings well beyond the basic salary.
