JOB PURPOSE We are seeking an experienced Access Control Contracts Manager to join the business on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is based out of Brentwood, covering London and surrounding social housing contracts. This position will take full ownership of the delivery and performance of Access Control, Door Entry, and Intercom contracts across occupied residential properties. You will be responsible for managing engineers and subcontractors, driving performance against SLAs and KPIs, and ensuring works are delivered right first time, safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
