You''ll play a key role in helping children feel understood, valued, and capable - both inside and outside the classroom. Your work will be varied, meaningful, and absolutely vital to each child''s progress.Your responsibilities may include:Providing tailored one-to-one or small-group supportSupporting children with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social and emotional needs, and learning delaysHelping pupils regulate emotions, develop social skills, and build confidenceImplementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plansAssisting teachers with adapting lessons and resources to suit individual needsUsing strategies such as visual aids, sensory tools, and alternative communication methodsHelping maintain a calm, structured, and nurturing environmentSupporting children during transitions, playtimes, and daily routinesWhat I''m Looking ForI would love to speak with you if you:Have experience working with children with SEND
