Java Full Stack Adobe AEM - Hybrid - Outside IR35

OverviewThe role includes leading all aspects of the enhancement, maintenance and support of multiple business applications and associated initiatives based on enterprise development platforms and related frameworks. It involves collaboration with internal application owners and staff to deliver changes using Agile principles, supporting complex and dynamic business requirements. The role applies both business and technical expertise to deliver customer-focused support and development services, and also involves managing cloud SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

Implement and optimize AEM solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service.

Design and develop custom AEM components and templates based on Figma design specifications.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Integrate AEM with third-party services and APIs.

Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack (Front End, Back End, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipeline).

Stay current with AEM updates, cloud service enhancements, and best practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager development.

Proven experience in using and deploying to Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service.

Experience or familiarity with Adobe Marketo and Adobe Assets.

Knowledge of Analytics and Target is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Java, JSP, Sightly/HTL, Sling, and OSGi.

Solid front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular.

Familiarity with Adobe I/O, GraphQL, and Content Fragment Models.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer.
