The business specialises in high-value, often complex property finance transactions, providing tailored funding solutions across Buy-to-Let, portfolio finance, bridging and development finance. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a full time and a part-time Mortgage Paraplanner / Case Manager with Buy-to-Let experience to work closely with their advisors. You will play an important part in sourcing Buy-to-Let and property finance solutions on behalf of advisors, as well as packaging and progressing transactions through to completion. You''ll be dealing with high-value cases and working directly with lenders, underwriters, valuers, solicitors and clients to keep transactions moving.
