Lead quality assurance activities like practice evaluations and feedback gathering. Advocate for children in our care. Collaborate with the Service Improvement Team to enhance standards. Ensure children and young people have a voice in decisions affecting them. Person Specifications Must Have: At least 5 years of post-qualifying experience. Experience as a Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner, or Team Manager. Availability to work onsite at least 4 days per week. Nice to Have: Experience in child protection coordination or similar roles. Strong skills in planning and quality assurance.
