The setting offers a broad, ambitious, and personalised curriculum, with a strong focus on emotional readiness, life skills, therapeutic support, wellbeing, and preparation for adulthood.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport students with complex learning, behavioural, and social needs on site and within the community.Deliver personalised 1:1 or small-group sessions, particularly for KS4 students.Engage and motivate reluctant learners using flexible, creative, and practical strategies.Promote emotional regulation, wellbeing, and resilience.Support students'' personal development, independence, and life skills.Work closely with teachers, SENCO, pastoral staff, and externa
