Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiatedandnbsp;lessons in line with theandnbsp;KS3 and KS4 Geography curriculum
- Create aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;climate of curiosityandnbsp;that fostersandnbsp;critical thinking,andnbsp;spatial awareness, andandnbsp;global citizenship
- Use a variety ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;toandnbsp;track progressandnbsp;andandnbsp;navigate learning gaps
- Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with students, parents, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academic and pastoral development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;fieldwork,andnbsp;enrichment activities, andandnbsp;cross-curricular expedition
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teachingandnbsp;Geography at secondary levelandnbsp;(desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective,andnbsp;adaptable, andandnbsp;well-groundedandnbsp;practitioner with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
