We seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on GCP and Google Workspace solutionsIdentify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry eventsBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and challengesCollaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our GCP and Google Workspace offeringsNegotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and maximising revenue potentialStay informed about the latest GCP and Google Workspace developments, industry trends, and competitor offeringsRepresent our company at industry events and conferences, promoting our GCP and Google Workspace expertiseNurture, retain and introduce new service lines to an existing client base consisting of GCP and Google Workspace customersAlign with Google Cloud Reps regularly to maintain relationships and prospect into their Books of BusinessProspecting KPIs related to cold calling and emails
KPIs :
Using Outreach500 emails per week minimum200 calls per week
Requirements
Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in sales or business development, focusing on cloud computing and/or SaaS solutionsIn-depth knowledge of GCP and Google Workspace, including key features, benefits, and use casesKey experience being held to KPIs related to email and call volumesExperience using Salesforce (Outreach.io is a plus)Proven ability to identify and qualify new business opportunitiesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for technology and innovation
