Surveyor - Residential Valuation London Valuation and Advisory Services My client is a global real estate leader seeking a motivated Surveyor (newly qualified to Senior Surveyor level) to join their Residential Valuation team in London. You''ll focus on high-quality valuations of individual residential assets, including houses, apartments, and small investment blocks, primarily for loan security purposes. Responsibilities Carry out inspections and valuations of individual residential properties. Analyse comparable evidence and market data to support valuation conclusions. Produce clear, accurate RICS-compliant valuation reports. Manage multiple one-off instructions and meet client deadlines. Support senior colleagues in maintaining strong client relationships. Stay current with London and South East residential market trends. About You MRICS (or APC close to completion). Residential valuation experience. Strong numeracy and confidence with MS Office/Excel.
