SMT Team LeaderBridgwater, Somerset£34,000 - £36,000 Per AnnumOur award-winning client are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity as a SMT Team Leader that has arisen with an industry leading electrical manufacturing company based in Bridgwater, Somerset.The SMT Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team and assisting with the running of the SMT Production Line. Other responsibilities will include setting up, programming and running Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines, operating and profiling reflow machines, quality controls and the general housekeeping of the production process.Ideal candidates must be able to work within a team, be computer literate and self-motivated.SMT Team Leader Responsibilities:General running and maintenance of the Surface Mount MachinesCorrect and safe use of printing equipment, reflow oven and automated optical inspection machine (AOI)Meet Company targets in Production and QualityContinual improvement of Surface Mount ProductivitySMT experience required but further training will be given to assist with knowledge gapsWorking to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracyMust be reliable, conscientious and hard workingExperience of working in a manufacturing environment would be preferentialAbility to work as part of a teamSMT Team Leader Benefits / Further Details: Salary: Negotiable and can include a relocation package for the right candidateHours: Monday-Thursday 8-5pm and Fridays 8-2.30pmU
