This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of their IT landscape and be the go-to expert for resolving IT issues across hardware, software, and network connectivity, both on-site and remotely. Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and policy management.Expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices.Ability to install, configure, and maintain servers and networking infrastructure.Strong communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
