A specialist SEN Primary school is seeking a compassionate and reliable Children''s Support Worker to support pupils with SEN including complex needs This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient and passionate about supporting vulnerable children.

• Supporting pupils with severe and complex SEND, including autism and additional needs

• Providing personal care (toileting, hygiene, changing) with dignity and sensitivity

• Supporting emotional regulation, engagement, and daily routines

• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff

• Ensuring safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are always prioritised

• Experience working with SEND, care, or vulnerable individuals (schools, care, or community settings)

• Confidence and willingness to carry out personal care

• Calm, empathetic, and dependable approach

• Strong understanding of safeguarding
