Day Carer - Taunton, Somerset.

Agile Complex Care is seeking a Compassionate, enthusiastic, creative and proactive Carer to Support a Teenager in the Taunton area, after school.-

3x Afternoon/Evening shifts per week, set days.-

This community-based role involves supporting a Teenage boy, who has Cerebral Palsy, is bright, creative and engaging.

He requires enabling support to help him carry out day to day activities, including:

• Collecting him from school
• Helping him with homework
• Preparing tea
• Completing physiotherapy exercises
• Other hobbies, such as art & drama, swimming, riding, going for a coffee shop treat

We''re looking for someone who is:

• Caring, genuine, reliable and friendly
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Passionate about supporting others to acheive their goals
• A confident communicator with a positive attitude

Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.-
