Working across major residential, mixed-use, commercial and living-led developments, this is an excellent opportunity for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to become involved in complex, design-led projects across the capital.The successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will provide dedicated mechanical and electrical cost advice throughout the development lifecycle, working from early feasibility and design development through procurement, construction and final account.
