Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute the firm''s monthly UK payroll, ensuring complete accuracy across all employee records, hours, and adjustments.as the technical expert on PAYE, National Insurance, Auto-Enrolment pensions, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP).Manage real-time information (RTI) submissions, FPS/EPS tracking, and lead month-end and year-end processes (including P60s and P11Ds).Work closely with the wider HR team to smoothly process starters, leavers, salary benchmarking changes, and benefit cycles.Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll and pension queries, providing clear, professional, and helpful guidance.
