My client is seeking a proactive and organised Scheduler / Project Coordinator to join their Project Delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties: Plan and organise engineer schedules, subcontractor activities and material deliveries to meet project deadlines. Oversee the coordination of multiple projects from initial handover through to successful completion Produce and maintain project documentation, including RAMS, OandM manuals Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Operations and Project Managers across a range of contracts. Participate in project meetings, reporting on progress, highlighting any issues and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Manager Purchase orders and documents. To be considered for this role you with have/be: A background within construction, mechanical services, MandE, engineering or facilities management would be advantageous Confident communicator, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
