This is a fully remote role, focused on delivering end-to-end JDE solutions, providing Level 3 support, and driving process improvements for our existing customer base.Key Responsibilities: Design, deliver, test, and support standard and customised JDE solutions. Collaborate with business teams to understand, validate, and document requirements. Perform root cause analysis on incidents and provide recommendations and knowledge articles. Formalise and communicate software development requirements via the Change Control Process (CCP). Support system and user acceptance testing and document results. Translate business requirements into software and process solutions, leading design sessions and prototyping where needed. Provide best practice recommendations to improve process, performance, and reliability. Design and test new business processes, programs, and interfaces.
