New Sales Executive

Overview40-hour working week. This role is fast-paced and includes busy weekends, but we are committed to ensuring you have a good work life balance. We provide a robust structured 30-day training plan designed to support you learning in ways that are enjoyable while setting you up for success from day 1. Ongoing support to develop your brand and product knowledge through regular training with our manufacturers. Responsibilities
Creating great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact to helping them discover their perfect vehicle and through to the day they drive away their new car.
Building your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, developing a genuine passion for the brand and representing it with pride and excellence.
Becoming a true champion of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, building rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales, and maximising all leads.
Delivering not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help customers make the most of their purchase, including upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages.
Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
Collaborative team player who is open to new ideas and appreciates the value of each person’s contribution.
Committed to doing the right thing and treating customers fairly, continually learning to work in a regulated environment.
Having a passion for the industry, the people who work in it, and the customers we serve.
Driven to exceed expectations and consistently achieve excellent results.
Confident and experienced with computer systems and hold a full UK driving licence; opportunity to drive a wide range of vehicles.
Requirements
Full UK driving licence.
Confident with computer systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
