Our client, a fast-growing private equity backed FMCG company, is seeking a Group Tax Manager to join their finance team. This role will play a key part in managing cross-border tax matters while working closely with senior stakeholders to support the Group’s ongoing growth and transformation.Location: London or DublinKey Responsibilities

Coordinate and review corporate tax compliance across the GroupPrepare tax disclosures for inclusion in year-end Group financial statementsManage tax forecasting and provisioning processesProvide tax support on acquisitions, restructurings, and reorganisationsAssist with the implementation and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and documentationManage relationships with external tax advisers, ensuring timely and accurate compliance outputsDrive process improvements, mitigate risks, and strengthen compliance frameworksCandidate Profile

Qualified Tax Consultant (CTA / ACA / ACCA) with post-qualification experience in UK and international taxBackground in a Big 4 firm or within an international corporate environment preferredStrong expertise in international corporate taxProven technical skills with the ability to navigate complex tax issuesCapable of working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsSeniority level:
