The ideal person is a technically minded individual able to balance complete professionalism with practical, on-site leadership.In this role, you will oversee the full delivery cycle and lead the company''s post-sales residential and commercial solar PV and battery installations from "yes" to "switched on".The successful applicant will be responsible for customer onboarding, scheduling, installation, commissioning, snagging and aftercare, making sure every project is delivered on time, on budget and on point.What you''ll be doingManaging the full lifecycle of up to 10 solar PV and battery installs per monthCoordinating 1-2 installation teams plus trusted subcontractorsOverseeing logistics, scaffolding and equipment procurementActing as the main point of contact for customers (clear, calm and proactive communication is key)Providing technical oversight across solar PV, battery storage and EV charging systemsSupporting teams on-site when needed with hands-on problem solvingProducing post-installation certification and ensuring compliance with relevant standardsMaintaining documentation, improving processes and collaborating on Health and SafetyYou will already be comfortable working across platforms such as SolarEdge, Enphase Energy and GivEnergy, and co
