Project Repairs and Maintenance Administrator
Our client is a Public, Private and Social Housing Contractor, and they are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Maintenance Administrator to join their team. This administrative role involves a range of administrative tasks, including managing communications, maintaining project records, scheduling engineers and assisting with documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to their work. Personal Requirements: Previous experience in Repairs Administration (Maintenance and Construction) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
