We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a growing, successful business providing technical services and solutions to the UK construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys B2B sales, outbound calling, and developing customer relationships. You ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities while also managing and growing an established portfolio of customers. The Role As an Internal Sales Executive, you will: Make proactive outbound calls to prospective B2B customers Identify key decision-makers and generate new business opportunities Qualify prospects to understand their requirements, budgets and upcoming projects Book qualified appointments and opportunities for field-based Business Development Managers Manage and develop an existing portfolio of smaller B2B accounts Re-engage dormant customers and identify opportunities to increase spend Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities Respond to sales enquiries, quotes and orders generated through your activity Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across the UK About You To be considered for this role, you should have: Previous experience within B2B telesales, internal sales, lead generation or business development Proven experience making outbound calls and working towards sales targets Confidence overcoming objections and speaking with key ..... full job details .....
