A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As

Sous Chef

you will assist the Head Chef and management team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the brigade. You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.

Are currently a Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous looking for their next promotionHave experience working in a high quality restaurant or private members clubAre passionate about delivering high quality dishes using the finest ingredientsAre able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a teamAre clear communicators with the ability to develop a team, enhancing the kill level of the brigade
