The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive learning experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport learners in classroom, vocational, and enrichment activities.Provide personal care support, including toileting, continence care, changing, and personal hygiene.Assist learners with eating, drinking, and feeding programmes where required.Support students with mobility needs using safe manual handling techniques and specialist equipment.Follow individual care plans, risk assessments, and medical protocols.Support learners with communication and social interaction needs.Encourage independence, confidence, and participation in all aspects of college life.Record and report any safeguarding, welfare, or health concerns.Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, healthcare professi
