This is a hands-on role supporting general repairs and day-to-day upkeep, helping to keep the property safe, tidy and fully operational.The roleCarry out day-to-day repairs and minor maintenance tasksRespond promptly to reactive maintenance requestsComplete basic plumbing, electrical and joinery tasks (within skillset)Maintain strong health and safety standards across the propertySupport the on-site team with setup tasks and occasional urgent worksSkills and experiencePrevious maintenance, caretaker or handyman experience is essentialConfident using basic tools and completing general repairs independentlyReliable, proactive and able to work on your own initiativeHealth and safety aware with a customer-focused approachAvailable for an immediate start and short-term assignment
