In this role, you will: Have the opportunity to manage a diverse and exciting portfolio of construction projects, ranging from heritage sites to cutting-edge developments.

Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory requirements, and working with homeowners, developers, architects, and contractors.

Carry out inspections and assessments across various stages of construction, with a focus on safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner in achieving their project goals while safeguarding public interest.

Play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to team-wide improvements and innovation.

About You We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional who shares our passion for excellence in building control.

You will bring: Registration with the Building Safety Regulator as a Building Inspector Class 2 Strong knowledge of building regulations, including fire safety, accessibility, and energy performance.

Proficiency in examining Principal Designers'' plans, conducting site inspections, compiling detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records.

A proven ability to manage projects and deliver outstanding customer service.

competency to work independently Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel across our partnership area.
