The Powder Coater role involves applying chemicals to metal surfaces, degreasing, cleaning and sanding work surfaces, marking up and priming components, operating spray booths, powder coating equipment, machinery and curing ovens, and carrying out quality inspections to ensure finished materials meet company standards.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Previous Powder Coater and metal preparation experience.Experience preparing metal surfaces for powder coating.Ability to maintain high quality standards. Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Marking up, masking, sanding and grinding experience.Experience working with cleaning solvents.Paint finishing experience.Experience operating spray booths.
