Part-Time Finance Director (3 days per week) Salary £60-70,000 Location: Remote, with occasional meetings in London and Northampton The opportunity A privately owned, entrepreneurial group with interests across property, hospitality and support services is looking for a part-time Finance Director to provide independent financial leadership at Board level. Day-to-day accounting is outsourced, so this role is about strategy, commercial challenge and governance, and about making sure the outsourced finance function delivers. The role Sit on the Board as principal financial adviser to the directors and shareholders Oversee management accounts, KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow across a multi-entity group Own statutory and consolidated accounts and lead the annual audit Manage banking and lender relationships, covenants and funding options Oversee tax, regulatory and governance compliance, and maintain strong internal controls and risk management Evaluate investments, acquisitions, disposals and capital projects Support the commercial performance of the group''s property, hospitality and service businesses Set standards for, and hold to account, the outsourced finance team About you Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous Finance Director or senior finance leadership experience Experience in owner-managed businesses, SMEs or entrepreneurial groups Strong technical knowledge (IFRS / Tax etc.) Experience managing banking relationships and funding ..... full job details .....
