We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the high-quality live-in care service supporting individuals with age-related conditions, neurological conditions, and spinal injuries. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable leader to take full operational responsibility for a specialist service delivering complex care in the community. The role requires someone who combines strong regulatory knowledge, leadership capability, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previous experience within live-in care, although applicants from complex domiciliary care or specialist community services will also be considered. A clinical background, particularly nursing, would be highly advantageous given the complexity of the care delivered. However, strong non-clinical leaders with the right operational and regulatory experience will also be considered.
