With a focus on delivering exceptional support, the organisation is committed to fostering a positive workplace environment.DescriptionProvide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary issues.Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.Assist in recruitment processes, from job advertisement through to onboarding.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.Provide general HR administrative support as required.ProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:A recognised qualification in Human Resources or a related field.Previous experience in HR, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.A pro
