The job purpose is to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, undertake small installation works and respond to site engineering emergencies.Key Tasks Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical / Mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required calling relevant sub-contractors as required.Carry out all PPM maintenance as per the instruction set provided within Concept.Reporting of all PPM defects via client defect process and liaise with the supervisor of defect requirements.Ensure weekly equipment reports are updated with any change in status of equipment.Liaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs / quotations, monitoring perfo
