We are seeking an experienced German Speaking Travel Specialist to join a growing travel company working remotely. The German Speaking Travel Specialist  will be instrumental in creating memorable travel experiences for clients while maximizing sales opportunities.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role involves utilizing your core skills in customer service and sales techniques to assist clients in planning their trips to picturesque and stunning Switzerland.

German Speaking Travel Specialist  – Duties:

• Create tailor-made day tours and travel experiences that wow clients.
• Be the go-to expert for clients and travel agents, guiding them through every step of the journey.
• Write engaging, personalised itinerary copy that captures the magic of Switzerland.
• Manage bookings, schedules, and requests with precision and care.
• Liaise with our trusted guides, local suppliers, and top accommodation providers.
• Secure everything from expert guides and scenic train tickets to charming hotels and unique experiences.

German Speaking Travel Specialist  – Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a tour operator or travel agent.
• Fluent in speaking/writing German & English
• Meticulous attention to detail & must be good with numbers.
• You must be a self-starter and not require a high level of supervision.
• Ability to learn new operating systems quickly.
