With hybrid working, investment in technology and a clear commitment to career development, this is a firm where people are encouraged to thrive.The roleActing as an Employment Advocate with a primary focus on Employment Tribunal hearings, from case management preliminaries through to multi-day full merits hearings (both in person and via video)Representing clients in complex matters including discrimination, whistleblowing, detriment, unfair dismissal and wages claimsManaging contentious preliminary hearings such as jurisdiction, disability status and applicationsProviding employment law advice on issues including grievances, disciplinaries, equal pay and dismissalsDrafting tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements, reports and related documentationSupporting and supervising junior members of the team where appropriateContributing to legal updates, articles and thought leaders
