We are working with a leading UK tier 1 main contractor within their fit out team, focusing on major fit out projects -30m+.

With a well-established Fit Out Division, the business specialises in delivering complex interior fit-out and refurbishment projects, working collaboratively with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to create high-performing, innovative spaces.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Fit Out team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, working within a collaborative team environment and contributing to the successful completion of projects from pre-construction through to handover.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor, but with the chance to influence the growth of the business and shape the division, working face to face with clients and developing important relationships.

Senior Estimator Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and communication.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and environmental compliance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and support the implementation of solutions.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, programme requirements and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement and successful project delivery.

Senior Estimator Requirements

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience within the construction or fit-out sector and who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects.

You will ideally demonstrate:

• Relevant experience in construction, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Worked for a tier 1 or tier 2 main contractor
• The ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
