About the Setting:The school will open in January 2026 for students aged 11-16, with plans to expand to a full 11-25 provision, including post-16 education. The initial group will include around 20 pupils with mixed and undiagnosed needs.As one of the school''s initial SEN Teaching Assistants, you''ll play a key role in establishing a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner feels valued and supported. The Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils'' learning and wellbeing.Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs.Assist in delivering lessons that are creative, engaging, and accessible to all.Support pupils with a range of social, emotional, communication, and learning needs.Help create a calm, positive, and safe learning environment.Contribute to the wider life of a brand-new school community.
