Keep estates looking their best through litter picking, sweeping, waste management, and responding to emergency cleaning requirements. Carry out regular inspections of communal areas, identifying and reporting repairs, defects, and graffiti. Complete routine maintenance tasks, including lighting checks Build positive working relationships with residents, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for caretaking-related enquiries. Follow Health and Safety, COSHH, and safe working procedures at all times to protect yourself, colleagues, residents, and visitors.
