Our superb client, with offices based in St. Ives, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the, owing to business growth, working either 2-3 full days per week or 4-5 hours per day Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am - 5.00pm. Flexibility for your working hours to grow in the future is required as the company expand. As Accounts Assistant, you will have responsibility for processing supplier invoices, checking of information, preparing payments run, bank reconciliation, raising sales invoices, cash allocation, statement reconciliation and other related transactional accounts duties. To be considered for the role of part time Accounts Assistant, you must have relevant practical accounts experience and will be proficient in using QuickBooks, be PC literate and have super attention to detail.
