We are seeking an experienced and driven Nursery Manager to lead a high-quality Early Years setting.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery, ensuring outstanding standards of care, education, and compliance, while leading and developing a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Lead, inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional EYFS practice
• Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
• Drive occupancy, business performance and financial sustainability
• Manage budgets, staffing, ratios and resources effectively
• Lead on Ofsted inspections and aim for Good or Outstanding outcomes
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and external agencies
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervisions and appraisals
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Level 5/6 preferred)
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted expectations
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and nursery performance
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality Early Years education
