Production Operative Glascoed 37 hours per week 12 Months Inside IR35 Our client BAE Systems are currently recruiting Production Operators to play a crucial role in various areas on the shop floor at their Glascoed site. This position involves operating a diverse array of equipment, from machinery to mobile work tools, and involves manual handling in alignment with set Standard Operating Procedures, quality standards, and comprehensive risk assessments. The role is focussed specifically on following the Manufacturing instructions and following the guidance of the Cell Leader.
