We require an experienced social worker with experience and confidence with court work including writing statements and parenting assessments. You will undertake high-quality child and family assessments, develop SMART outcome-focused plans, and ensure that each child''s voice is central to all decision-making. The role involves care proceedings and court-related practice, including preparing clear, analytical evidence and presenting this confidently in court. They will work collaboratively with families, carers, legal services, Children''s Guardians and multi-agency partners to safeguard children, progress permanence plans and ensure decisions are timely, robust and grounded in the child''s best interests.
