Working closely with the Head of Finance and Operations, you''ll take ownership of a broad and varied finance remit, covering everything from day-to-day financial management through to year-end accounts and audit preparation. This is a hands-on role where understanding the bigger picture is important. You''ll be encouraged to develop a thorough understanding of the organisation''s income streams, activities and financial responsibilities, enabling you to contribute beyond the numbers and support informed decision-making across the organisation.
