Recruitment Solutions in Exeter are working with an established business seeking experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join them on the Domestic Cleaning team. As a Cleaning Supervisor your job role will incorporate the following tasks Carrying out inspections of homes for potential new clients. Starting new clients and quality checking their first clean, following up with clients for feedback. Training new members of staff and assisting with their development. Ensure staff are carrying out their work in a professional manner. Attend Client meetings. Carry out random quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained. Supervising large one off/spring cleans. Covering staff absences and assisting on cleans where required. This position is working Monday to Friday, 09:15 to 15:45. The hourly rate is 14.50 p/h. Based in Exeter Due to the nature of the role it is expected that you will have your own transport and you must either possess or be able to get a DBS.
