Our team comprises consultants, technologists, data scientists, and customer success practitioners united by a shared purpose to transform marketing.Culturally, Rapp is innovative, fast-moving, exciting, and occasionally demanding.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Technical Strategist provides strategic technology consultancy to clients, advising on the role of technology in aligning marketing and advertising within their business, optimizing our proprietary platforms, and integrating our systems with third-party solutions within the client''s enterprise architecture.Responsibilities include:Create technology documentation and roadmapsTranslate business strategy into technology strategyServe as a subject matter expert across various marketing technologies and lead strategic initiativesSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate is proactive, dynamic, results-oriented, and possesses:Experience in Technology and Digital, preferably as a senior leader in a digital agency or marketing technology company. Proven track record in managing technology projects and addressing marketing technology questions.Architecture and Business Analysis skills, with examples of developing client technology architectures using existing components and creating new ones.Hands-on MarTech experience with various marketing technologies, capable of answering technical questions during interviews.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.Strategic and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize diverse information and apply flexible growth concepts.SPEAKING UP ON RACISM AND DIVERSITYAt Rapp, we oppose racism and discrimination.
