BC Financial Search is working with an established and growing accountancy practice in Bolton that is looking to make a key senior appointment within its leadership team. The firm is deliberately flexible around level and would consider an experienced Senior Manager, Director or Partner, depending on the individual. This is predominantly an accounts and business services focused position. The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for a client portfolio of approximately £600k, while becoming increasingly involved in the wider leadership, development and growth of the Bolton office. The practice has dedicated Audit and Tax teams, meaning this role is not about being a specialist in every area. Instead, the successful individual will take ownership of key client relationships, understand their wider requirements and involve the firm''s specialist teams where appropriate. There is significant scope for the role to develop over time, including potential share-based growth incentives for more senior appointments. Duties and responsibilities Manage and develop a substantial portfolio of owner-managed businesses and corporate clients. Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationships and providing commercially focused advice.
