Operations Manager Location: Office-based (Hampshire) Salary: £55,000-£75,000 + Benefits The Opportunity We are looking to appoint a Practice Manager to support the operational leadership of the business. Working closely with the Director and leadership team, the Practice Manager will help oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring that people, systems and processes operate smoothly. This is a broad and varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and supporting a growing business.
