As Room Leader, you ll oversee the day-to-day running of your room, take responsibility for the care, well-being and safety of all children and staff, and be approachable for parents and colleagues. You ll also play an active role in the senior management team, help to induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise Nursery Practitioners, and ensure that high standards of care and education are maintained at all times. What you ll need: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an early years setting. A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and current childcare legislation.
