Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer, you''ll be the go-to person for quality in your production area, working closely with process engineers, supervisors and operators to improve product quality and prevent repeat issues.The RoleCarry out shop-floor and process audits to spot quality issues early.Investigate customer complaints, internal non-conformances and audit findings using 8D and root cause analysis.Turn findings into practical corrective actions, including mistake-proofing solutions, and use quality data to identify recurring issues.Support customer audits, certification visits and reviews of customer specifications.Support new product introduction, engineering changes and APQP/PPAP activities.Help production teams understand quality procedures and put them into practice through training and clear documentation.What We''re Looking ForAround 3-5 years'' experience in quality assurance within manufacturing, with working knowledge of an ISO 9001 quality management system.Experience with internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, document control and non-conformance investigations.Confidence working with production and ..... full job details .....
