Our client, a leading provider of domiciliary care and support in the home is seeking to add an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Burnley office. Key responsibilities: Undertake all duties of the CQC Registered Manager''s role under the CQC regulations Line management and supervision of staff team including nursing team Responsible for accidents, incidents, and complaints management within the service Lead on recruitment and retention of care staff to deliver outstanding service Establish and maintain robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service delivery Budget delivery Overall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures Oversee all new service user mobilisations Participating in meetings and forums to assess service provision Required experience: Previous held a CQC Registration or strong CQC knowledge and willing to take on the registration Previous experience leading a domiciliary care service.
